New Master Bedroom

With an old house there are many projects that need to be completed. Over the summer we refinished our master bedroom. Gone are the nasty blue plaster walls that were cracked and falling off the lathe. Here are some before and after pics. I am almost ashamed to say we slept here for two plus years.













The three closets were consolidated to two closets, keeping the cedar and merging the two on the right to make one walk in closet.










Here you can see the new wall I built that was extended forward 16" to give us more space.












Here's the finished product with the exception of the windows. They should be delivered in a week or two. We still need to hang some pictures.

Dolphins

While in Cape May, we went on an excursion to see the dolphins that spend a lot of time in the Delaware Bay. Here we were lucky enough to get a real good photo.

Trip to Cape May, NJ

Daniela and I went to Cape May, NJ for vacation. Here's a few pics from our travels. We stayed at the Dormer House, which was a few blocks from the Washington Street Mall and the beach.

Breakfast was buffet style in an enclosed porch.
